  1. Consult with us regarding your loan request

     Use our prequalification expert to verify that your request is one that we can help with. If it seems to fit, then we will provide free consultation to help you clarify your needs and expections.

  2. "Hire us" by signing our fee agreement

    We will prepare a fee agreement specifically for your deal. The agreement will contain a list of all of the lenders for which we will be your exclusive agent to find financing for this property.

  3. Gather information about your project

    When we agree to take on your project we will need all the information on our loan package checklist 

  4. Prepare a financing request package

    Your (ACM) Commercial Mortgage Specialist will create a loan request package for submission.  

  5. Identify lenders and invite them to quote

    Our system will search the database for lenders that have programs that match your request. An email summarizing your deal and inviting them to quote is sent to each of the appropriate lenders.

  6. Follow the action

    Your (ACM) agent will be following up with each of the lenders to encourage them to respond to your request. You can track all of our conversations and emails in real time on the web site.

    Close the loan

    The lender's closing team will work with you and your (ACM) agent during the closing process. (ACM) will submit a request for payment directly to your closing/escrow personnel.
